Andy is co-founder of Smart eLearning, and is a design and development consultant. He is a qualified trainer and has vast experience in face-to-face facilitation, blended, and virtual. Andy had a successful career training educational professionals in schools and establishments around the country, before training for BskyB and TeleTech.

Andy grew up in the Middle East and is very culturally aware, he applies this when developing courses for a global audience.

Andy was a front runner in the development of mobile compatible eLearning, and successfully built and deployed one of the first mLearning solutions to CinemaNow.

Andy shares two young children with Samantha, For this reason his favourite drinks are Red Bull and Caramel Macchiato. His hobbies include Gaming, Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy and Diablo (any of them) His favourite music is Happy Hardcore.

Samantha is co-founder of Smart eLearning, and is an instructional design consultant. She is a qualified trainer and has vast experience in face-to-face facilitation, blended, and virtual. She has written curricula teaching trainers how to successfully adopt virtual facilitation as part of their offering.

Samantha has taken various cultural awareness workshops to ensure that her work is always on the mark. Samantha has worked with many large organizations around the globe to revolutionize and refresh their training programmes, both in designing, developing and delivering the final product.

Samantha is both Co-director at Smart eLearning and a mother of two young children. For this reason, her favourite beverage is coffee, her favourite hobbies are sleeping, spray painting, separating playdoh into the correct containers, and her favourite music is nursery rhymes… and Metallica
